SCOPE Vol. 2

Bale Project presents SCOPE Vol.2, a group exhibition of 12 Indonesian artists ranging from several established to the young emerging artists on the horizon of the domestic contemporary art scene. In this online viewing room, the selected artists are those who are living in Bandung or have contributed to some of Bandung art spaces recently. Some of them are artists who have exhibited or participated in residency programs at Selasar Sunaryo Art Space.

Since the emergence of The Art Academy of Bandung around the 1940s, the city of Bandung has given birth to a number of artists who have contributed to the development of Indonesian art. Until now, some of the Bandung-based artists can be found on the spectrum of the art scenes on a domestic and international scale.

We gladly present the new artworks in our online viewing room, SCOPE Vol. 2. The exhibition presents 10 contemporary Indonesian artists, including Anastasia Astika, Argya Dhyaksa, Arin Dwihartanto Sunaryo, Arya Sudrajat, Biranul Anas Zaman, Haryadi Arwinda Astrini, Made Wiguna Valasara, Maharani Mancanagara, Rega Ayundya Putri, and our old master Sunaryo.
